Vinification technique:
Fermentation in amphora and maceration on the skins for 1 month. Aging on fine lees for 12 months in amphora.
Aging in bottle for 30 months.
Peculiarity:
The name Didymos, which means “twin” in Greek, is a tribute to Ferrante’s twin sons, whose faces are depicted on the label inside a stylized amphora, a symbol of the maternal womb that protects and nourishes life.
